It was NOT nice (sorry Mike but you'll have to try harder to impress me LOL)

Banana, strawberry, kale, parsley, spinach. When I watered it down it was ok, but otherwise YUK

My morning smoothie was better - oats, honey, strawberry, banana, kefir. That was ok. And this arvo I have carrot, celery and apple juice. That I can handle.

Damn healthy living :(

Although, after discovering and growing my own "kefir" since Friday, I'm hooked on that :)
 
Neil, first went to Bikers Gear at Phillip Island about 10 years ago - he was operating out of his garage in his house then. Now has a really big shop on the main drag. Doing well. Most of his gear is manufactured in Bangladesh/Pakistan but for the price - it's pretty good.

The united nations are carrying out an investigation into whether the century old tradition of saint Nikolaas's helpers being coloured, is racist. it's a bit like saying dwarves (santa's helpers) can't be small ;)
Anyway as you can guess there are a lot of people protesting against the UN getting so petty about it all, and couldn't they be better off looking into the war in Syria than messing with the Dutch culture.
