Need Help Rear break disk rubbing on caliper carrier

It may have been reassembled improperly. There is a key on the caliper assembly that can be a little tricky to reassemble. You should also have decent pads. Here's a parts fiche that may help: https://www.ronayers.com/oemparts/a/yam/500455fef8700209bc792f07/rear-wheel and...

    Question Bike Overheating! Thermocure works?

The FZ6 has one of the best, if not the best efficient working cooling systems on the market. Testing will always be better than guessing.

How To Pair red key to new ECU

I would think the immobilizer would also not allow the starter operation. Fuel would be my first thought Then spark. A shot of ether would tell you if it's a fuel issue. A dealership may have the pairing info you need.

    R6 Gauges on FZ6?

I believe the tach signal is derived via the ECU data line to the CPU in the instrument cluster. I've never seen a schematic showing a pick off from and ignition coil on the FZ6. The Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS) signal is the likely source for RPM calculation. If you did use the coil signal...

Low beam not working, high beam / pass beam still working

Those connectors are a specific size and design for H4 and H7 lamps. Funny thing is I once needed a bunch of those and I ended up ordering them from a source in the UK. The fix that agf posted would probably be your best solution. Just match your bike color code to the position on the new plug...

    04 FZ6 No Crank

You should also check the lean angle sensor. I've seen one broken off it's mount and it wasn't in it's vertical position which prevented the bike from starting and running.

    No spark starter button stoped

    04 FZ6 No Crank

Try to apply power to the fuel pump as I mentioned before and see if it'll start. Doing this will bypass the starter interrupt-cut-off relay assembly. If the bike starts the starter interrupt-cut-off relay assembly is likely damaged. If it is damaged, I looked up the relay assembly for the 04...

    04 FZ6 No Crank

If the key was in the on position and the bike was in neutral, was the neutral light on? If the neutral safety light was on, you can run a jumper from the positive lead on the battery to the red with blue tracer wire at the fuel pump. Be careful when making a jumper and preferably fuse the...

    Pops and bags misfire 4000-6000rpm

Do you see a drop in pressure when you try to rev the engine? The output must sustain the pressure when the engine is using the fuel. If you see a big pressure drop the pump can not provide the volume of fuel needed. What is the history on the fuel pump?
