Noticed your a fellow homebrewer! Been making Wine, Beer, and Mead for a few months now and it's a great hobby. I enjoy brewing as much as I love drinking now...and combine the two, drinking a homebrew, while home brewing is just ecstacy! Anyways, in terms of beer we've only done kit brews and one partial grain brew. Mind sharing your favorite recipe/instruction for a good winter intermediate brew?
