Since you're worried about it, you can do a string alignment and check to see if the markings are accurate. Only takes 10 minutes and a bit of string.

The 204 is recommended for the S2 models, the 303 for the S1. I think this is a carryover from a change on the R6 that made the 303 not have enough clearance somewhere, but the 303 should also fit on an S2 if you want to make it work.
