Hi all
joined yesterday as i need some help if you would be so kind
so... 2006 (I believe) FZ6 no internal mods but getting a small turbo fitted running 7psi maximum, so need some help with the fuelling system.
I'm hoping to use R1 injectors (or similar) that would be a direct replacement driven by a PC6, and would like to steer clear of secondary's if i can, as that would be a mare to install now
i done some searching on here but can't seem to find any information of direct replacement injectors

nay help would be apricated

I think the reason that you can't find information on alternative injectors is because I'm not aware of anyone fitting alternative injectors.

There is limited ability to increase duty cycle in the OEM ECU. A quick search should revel how to access that feature.

I'm not sure that you will get a Power Controller to behave properly (or reliably). My suggestion would be to eliminate the ECU from the EFI system and use a Megasquirt system. This will give you complete control of the fuel system.

I hate hearing this :) I have had some experience tuning Subaru's using a tool called RomRaider, and I would love to look into tuning my FZ6. I started casually looking into the Megasquirt a year ago and am itching to give it a try. I usually wait till the urge passes, but hearing it again has me thinking. I wish I hadn't read this thread......

Trep, only worth the effort if you install performance cams and increase compression. I think I remember a post where someone installed R6 cams and pistons.
TBH it not like that, he jsut wants the kudos and noise of having a turbo, seems very stange to me , but hes the customer
