All,
I am preparing to move back to the US this summer. Thinking of selling my US spec 2008 FZ6 here in the Netherlands before I move back to the US. Bike is clean, only 12,000 miles on it. I have not gotten to ride it as much as I wanted while living here in Netherlands...
So at the Motorbeurs in Utrecht yesterday, I sat on the KTM 690 Duke. Felt very comfortable, nice upright seating position, I know it would be comparing apples and oranges to compare a 690 single to the inline 4 of the FZ6, just curious if anyone has ridden one and your impressions? Seems...
So, anyone going to the moto GP in Assen? I missed it last year as I moved to The Netherlands in July. Not sure what to expect. Would like to go. Any suggestions? I used to live in Indianapolis, so I went to the Indy Moto GP a couple times. it was a blast.
So, I just moved to the Den Haag area from the US. In most parts of the US where I have ridden, it is the accepted practice to wave or at least lift a hand to other bikers when you pass by each other. I went out for a short ride today and it seems not many folks here wave. They probably think...
Soooo, after 8 longs weeks on a ship from the US, the FZ6 arrived unscathed in The Netherlands. She started right up out of the crate!!! (after some close checks, not a scratch on her) Sweeeeeet! I have only had time to ride her to the gas station to fuel up, so far, but am looking forward to...
Just thought I would post a couple pics of my baby in the process of being packed for her trip the The Netherlands. The crating folks did a great job tying down, padding , blocking and bracing everything. Pic quality stinks as they were taken on my phone.
Well I just found out I will be moving to The Hague next summer. I also found out that work will pay to ship the FZ6!!! Sweet. So, how is riding in The Hague and Netherlands in general?

Anyone from The Hague, Netherlands, please answer up. I may have a chance for a job transfer in July 2012 to The Hague. Should I take the FZ6? how is the riding over there? Any info would be great.
Scorpion EXO-1000 matte black size XXL. When I bought the FZ6 last fall, previous owner had this and threw it in with the bike. Too big so it needs a good home. perfect condition, no scratches, marks of any kind from any sort of drop or fall. $125.00.

I made out like a bandit. Got some tech-spec tank pads and a puig windscreen for the FZ6 and a pipe protector and revloc dyna-ring for the dirtbike (KDX 200)
Well, I finally did it, bought a new to me 2008 FZ6 with 2300 miles for $4200. if I did it right, here are some pics. I didn't want to get spanked :spank: for not having pics. I have since added puig frame sliders (first purchase after the bike. Anyone interested in a Motogp (Berik) size...
I am seriously looking at a 2008 FZ6, cobalt blue, with 2300 miles from a private seller. Guy is asking $4200 (loan pay off) I have looked at the bike, but not ridden it yet. Did start it and of course with only 2300 miles it sounds fine. It appears immaculate. What do you guys think of the...
Hey guys, newb question here. I have been off of street bikes for about 12 years. Been riding dirtbikes. I want to get back into sportbikes, but don't want to spend too much just getting back my sport bike legs. A local shop has a 2006 FZ6 with 36000 miles for $2699. Is this a fair price...
