The naked FZ6 version will come with a triple with all the required holes on the triple to bolt the stay in place. The full fairing triple only has one - the middle one.
You could leave it with one bolt, like I and many others did. It's a fat bolt, not likely to break. Holds on fine. I used...
But compared the the Bimmer R1000s, Kawa Z1000, Aprilia RSV4, Yama R1, which I have (unfortunately) gotten to ride and experience, the FZ6 is a crude and rough one :)
I gave this little guy a chance since the FZ6's less than 5K rpm power/smoothness hasn't been the best so far and I didn't want to go with a Power Commander and dyno trouble.
It was a breeze to install. Raise the tank, unplug the original sensor and plug the booster in. Fit the booster's...
I did this conversion with the eBay kit (s2 version) a few weeks ago and it worked perfectly. It's a good quality kit, nothing compared to the VS kit. Mind you that this is my 3rd headlight change and I have gotten pretty good at this by now.
Yes, the kit is missing most of the bolts and nuts...
yes it did. After a few kms breaking in, the brake feels tighter and the braking power comes gradually. It was previously soft braking to sudden rear wheel lock. Nothing mind blowing though but the difference could be felt. Mind you that I replaced the disc, pads and rear tire at the same time...
Sorry no caliper. The front had to be replaced and it was visible where the pads used up the disc; nothing like that on the back. The rear pads, which I haven't replaced in the last 20,000km were also in good conditions meaning that the rear brake was not used often. Also the shop told me...
Disc for free. Just pay the shipping.
Comes from an 07, with plenty of life left.
Had to replace the front disc and bought a full set. So I replaced the back at the same time and this one is not being used.
Also feel this way. I find $600+ excessive for a pair of cans; so are parts for motorcycle in general. I would have given DanMoto a chance if they weren't so loud. A lot of YouTubers have tried them successfully and even though relatively unknown, they have been around for a little while and...
Had to change my FZ1 headlight as it got damaged (no accident, just stupidity) and decided to give the eBay FZ6n headlight kit a shot. I already had the speedo OEM back cover. I was expecting to have some trouble aligning everything based on the comments in this thread but hold and behold, it...
The eBay kit will most likely be the easiest and cost efficient way to get something decent. Anything else requires multiple other parts and modding.
I have an eBay FZ1 headlight and the quality of the headlight itself is decent. Way better than the vs kit. However since it wasn't made for the...
The eBay kit would have been your best bet at the cleanest and most OEM-like installation. For having had the VS kit, I can tell you it looks cheap and has the tendency to fit just a tiny bit lopsided.
Can't comment for the first two pictures, but the last two pictures seems to be showing the wire to the side stand switch. It seems to have been ripped off and wired together to allow the engine to start. Here is a pic from mine which shows how it's wired to the side stand switch.
Here are features i use through voice control. Phone stays in pocket or bag.

- check traffic to destination
- check weather forecast for the region
On the moto, i used to...
The voice control experience varies greatly from one brand to another within the Android world. For example, Samsung uses their s-voice, Motorola tweaks the Google Voice etc. Sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worst. In general, most should be using the vanilla Google Voice with...
As mentioned in the previous posts - changing the clutch cable usually does a drastic difference.
Also used a proper cable lubricant with the new cable and it's been doing wonders for the last 3 years. Much thinner/lighter lube than using engine oil that some use and seems to attract less dirt.
