Well, the time has come to put up for sale my trusty 2007 Yamaha FZ6. I have made a ton of modifications to this bike's look and rideability. Sorry to see it go, but it's all part of a bike consolidation effort... Never been down, tracked or raced. I'm the original owner and have always been...
Putting up my 2006 Fusion White Triumph Daytona 675. It is a one-of-a-kind OEM produced unit in the 675’s inaugural year… This was a special order from the factory and was the only one ever produced. Even the Triumph logo is unique - it's the older, retired version because there was no blue...
What a crazy great summer this has been! Been so busy, I don't even know when my last post was.... Three things have dominated my time and all have happy endings:
1. After 18 months, about 20 surgeries, going from 170 lbs to 120, my dad is well on the road to recovery from esophageal...
Didn't see this posted here yet - picked up from another forum.

Just got back from the Brown party in Boston. Shot heard 'round the country! In his speech, Senator Brown mentioned that this is going to make the mid-terms very interesting.
Aside from people's differences on the issues, this was the best managed, cleanest, positive campaign I have ever...
In the bluest of blue states, we've got a senatorial race of grand proportions. As you may know, Ted Kennedy passed away not long ago, and we now have a special election next Tuesday to decide his successor. In what should have been a complete and utter shoe-in for the democrat candidate, the...
I've been away in Cairo working on a project there and this time decided to stay in a different hotel. Not too shabby a view, huh?
And from the balcony at about 4:30am using night mode:
Hey gang, I'll be in London this coming week for work, but my flight out on Saturday is not until about 4pm with the day free. Any FZ6ers up for grabbing a pint/lunch with a fellow FZ6er from across the pond? I'll be staying in the Kensington area.
FZ1 Bar - Sold!
Paid $40. Mounted them but removed after one ride. Just didn't like the feel. Obviously a lot of people disagree of course!
Yours for a $20 donation to the forum + shipping.
Passing this along to you all and hopefully it will adjust your seat belt wearing tendencies if you're not always buckled in. I was commuting to work (in my car - I woke up late, it was cold, and I didn't have time to bundle up) on a 4 lane - 2 lanes each way - road, Route 9 for those in the...
My Dad was cleared for surgery! He has esophageal cancer and finished his chemo/rad treatments a few weeks ago. The latest PET scans were negative so he goes in for the operation Wednesday. Still going to be tough for him but his spirits are sky high!
And in other news, I think I mentioned...
Hi all - I feel like it's been a long time since I posted in here... Lot's of changes in the last several months. Unfortunately my dad was diagnosed with cancer back in Feb so I've been spending a lot of time visiting and helping them around their house. The good news is that he is finished...
I'm just sitting here reading Cuba's painting thread before heading up a few blocks to check out the (Boston) marathon - all of a sudden the sound outside is amazing! Ran to my window and saw the three fighters that just flew overhead, buzzed the city, pulled a 180 and headed back west...
