Jackets and Pants -- Aerostitch, Joe Rocket, MotoGP, and a heavy xxl cover (ok all the stuff is added and there are pics, too)
Hey folks,
Please read:
- My price includes shipping.
- These prices are pretty dang low so please don't offer less (I'll just ignore you...)
- I have a cat. It's not...
Hi Cliff,
I've been swallowed up by my life. My poor bike has sat for most of the year, barely ridden. So sad. It's awfully nice of you to give me a shout. I've been meaning to get back into the forum...
Ride safe and have a great t-day!

I hear you. Though not fool-proof, one of the things I do is insist upon a local telephone number and state that I'll delete their email without one, and if I open an email and don't see a local number, it's gone. That takes care of a lot of the tire kickers. And I call people. People seem to be...
I'm always a bit slow... Cliff had to call to make sure I hadn't gotten kidnapped by crazy hookers and something.
Here are the pics I have that are worth posting:

If you're happy with the bike, then you bet, you got a good deal. Sure, someone could probably find one for less, yadda yadda. It's a good looking bike, but then again, I'm biased -- I've got a red one, too.
Welcome.
Lately, I find myself riding with a big ol' bag of laundry on the pillion space. I'm 6' and do the center stand mount thing. Sometimes I'll do the place the foot on the seat and slide the leg across move, but it's never as graceful...despite years of martial arts training and my incredible...
I'll chime in for the 500cc bike, too. You *could* start on an FZ6 but I think it'd be a mistake. As has been mentioned, you can ride a nice, simple 500 all summer long and get your learn on, not having to worry about the power biting you. Then you could tidy the bike up over the winter and sell...
Dang, both of those guys must have to get some serious custom saddle work on their bikes to accommodate their junk...
I'd do that on a bicycle but not on a moto. Reminded me of some stuff I've seen Hans Rey do on a bicycle.
Like rj said, you may as well just pull the tank off and flip it upside down.
While you're at it, as Ryan suggested, take a look inside the air box. It may just be urban myth, but I've heard critters can get up in there. And since you'll have the tank off, it'll be easy to get to...
Man, what a bummer. I've read the entire thread. I'm so sorry you lost your pooch, she looked like a sweetie.
As others have said, our pets really do become a part of us.
I'm glad to read that you're taking a look at a new potential friend. Surely there's a deserving, bright-eyed pooch...
