Recently I took out my front blinkers because i was removing a lot of my fairings and putting on a new tail light, now my signals wont turn on when they are plugged in and my tail light only the brake light works

It's likely you have shorted one of the blue or a blue with red tracer wire to ground and popped a fuse. Those are the running light wires that feed the stock front light stalks. You'll want to reinspect your wiring on the directionals.
The same fuse powers the flasher and running lights.
