Clutch cable replacement

Hello, I'm going to replace my clutch cable (bike has ~80K and cable is stretched more than I'm comfortable with). What does it make sense that I replace at the same time? Thank you.

Just a side note, it's much easier to remove the air box for the clutch cable install. There's also a small retainer (zip tie as I re-call) attached to the frame which must be cut... Don't bother re-installing the zip tie as it's not really needed.. (I suspect it's there for easier assembly purposes from the factory)

That's correct but if you need to adjust the mid section adjuster, it makes it a bit easier to sneak out the cable part ways to access it W/O disassembling the bike..

I suspect that retainer is there just for Yamaha's assembly process.. The cable isn't going anywhere..
