I will be staying at the Fontana Village the first full week of August this year, 2015.

Not lookin' for a forums gtg, but, if anyone is in the area at that time maybe we can get a beer or a small meet and greet. Look for the all black V-Rod with one of those faster RED FZ-6's following close behind. [emoji1]

Hi, I live in Charlotte and it is 3-4 hr drive for me, actually i'm planning to bag a trip to Deals Gap coming long-weekend(may 24th) first in a car and then with my FZ6(probably I'll set in august for this trip).
Would love to join you guys.

Ok, as the time approaches we can get a better idea of a when and where. It'll just be my wife and I so our schedule during the week is pretty flexable. Only Friday the 7th will be a no go. We are hookin up with an old Navy buddy of mine I havent seen in 20 years.

Have a great time. I will be heading to the Charlotte area to visit my riding buddy, then heading up to Asheville to visit my old bandmate the last week of April. Not sure of the details yet, but hope to make it to Deals Gap.

The Dragon, Skyway, Moonshiner, Six Gap, BRP, etc. were awesome! Very little traffic. The folks at Fontana Village were outstanding as usual. The holiday went way too fast. Already planning next years trip. I'll post up some pics soon.

John & I trailered the bikes out there last year.....there are a lot of great roads here in Colorado, but I have to admit the Tail of the Dragon was a blast! Loved it!
