I have an used ECU with part number FUA0020 5VX-30 F8T83776 7131. I cannot find this part number in any parts list. The immobilizer have number 5SL-00 5VX-00 720750A. Any one who knows to which FZ6 model this is supposed to fit into?

But if i check the yamaha parts catalogue this is not the number that comes up. What is different with this version? I know that the connector is not the same as mine FZ6 2005.

If you click the link that Scott posted you can see there is a red key with that unit. That part number correlates to an ECU that has an immobilizer.
There may also be a difference if the bike has an immobilizer circuit as apposed to a non immobilizer equipped bike FZ6.

I have the complete set similar to the kit shown in the link including the red key, ignition with immobilizer and so on. I will sell this kit but it is difficult when i do not know exactly what bike it fits into.

Whether the connector fits is not all there is to it. The ECU spec involves emissions, whether it has immobilizer, whether it is Km only or Km/Mph for speedo, possibly horsepower restrictions, etc.
The actual Yamaha part number does not appear on the part itself. 5VX-30 is an abbreviation though. The full part number is 5VX-8591A-3000.
As others stated, it is for 2007 only. As far as I know, that was the first year for catalytic converter, and the last year the bike was made in Europe, so the ECU is for 1 year only. It's possible that someplace like Carmo could re-program it to work on other bikes that have the right connector.
Here is a list of bikes your part will fit:
