Hi i need help i have fz600 2005 year with leo vince sbk when i get out the mufler silencer the bike get rought at idle when i put them back the bikes turns to normal what coud cause the problem

Is your catalytic converter also removed? This may be a problem of not enough back pressure.

Yes the catalytic converter is removed :/

As Gary posted, you don't have enough back pressure by removing the CAT too.

Put the CAT back in and it should be fine..

It'll still be plenty loud but not obnoxiously..
