My first post on this platform, I have a 2005 FZ6 (21k miles) with a Scorpion slip on & power commander 3. Im having an intermittent stalling issue. It started a couple weeks ago then went away after i tightened the battery cable connections thinking that was it. It came back on my way to work today and its unrideable now. Stalls after i reach over 9k rpms then let off/ shift. Or after a 9k+ rpm pull it will stall shortly after. It sputters a bit but i also have had it just cut off instantly. I have pulled my bike apart testing the entire ignition system & fuel system. Im lost. I have chopped the spark plug wires down a bit & reattached the plug ends & havent tried riding the bike as I have the fuel pump still apart. Any tips?

Pull a spark plug wire and insert a known good plug.
Ground it to the head, crank over and look for spark..

If you HAVE SPARK, raise the tank and air filter.
Spray some carb cleaner, / brake cleaner while cranking and see if it
lights off momentarily...

Welcome to the forum!
You might bypass the power commander. They have been known to cause problems so eliminating that device may shed some light.
Another place could be the fuel filter. There may be enough debris that there is fuel starvation.
The kill switch can sometime be vibration sensitive and be at fault. The kill switch provides current to the ignition coils as well as supply current to the starter interrupt relay.
