The thief hot wired it and blew up the main fuze. I replaced it and now the bike registers the kickstand as being down all the time. Here are the symptoms:

-neutral switch is fried, if I ground it manually, the bike will display neutral and I can start it normally

-on diag 20 the bike displays the kickstand to be down, even if I close the kickstand switch circuit manually. I even tried closing it at the connection under the tank but nothing.

Is there even a temporary fix for this? How do I close that sidestand circuit?

I’m trying to read the electrical circuit diagram but I don’t understand anything. I guess it’s a good time to learn

Here is my attempt at a solution: 10 is the starter cutoff relay assembly, 11 is the kickstand switch. is it possible that the diode I circled in red is broken so that even if I close the kickstand circuit, the module thinks it’s open? If anyone knows how a diode works or can read this diagram pls help.

Yes this is the module that I spoke about on the reddit post you made. Unfortunately we are not allowed to display Yamaha protected materials on the forum. The image you posted looks like Yamaha copy material but I'm not sure so....
As I explained on reddit, you may have a damaged relay module. If you have a manual you can trouble shoot the assembly.

Are you adept using a multi-meter? Do you have a service manual?
You can check that diode in that relay assembly. I'm betting the diode is open. Have you tested the side stand switch for continuity?
#23 on the the parts fiche.
