Need help removing this thing!!!

I just bought an 09 FZ06 and it looks like the previous owner installed one of these luggage panniers, that is now rusting. It's ugly and I don't plan to use it, but I can't get in there to remove the damn thing, without removing that fairing circled in white.
The item being removed is circled in RED
Any advice/video is much appreciated.

NM guys got it. Took apart the whole rear seat mount, almost had to pull out the exhaust housing. All that to install this POS pannier.
