New Project Rebuild 06'FZ6 Fazer

Hi guys,

I'am writing from Turkey/ Istanbul.It is a graet Fazer Forum and I'am almost online

I had a little accident for few days and the front Fairing brocken and other small things.

I had the idea for long time ago to rebuild my bike because of some frame issues ,front fork/brake and rear swing arm modifications.

Now it is autumn and i think it is the best time to start.

Yesteday I have remove the front fairing unfortunately the haedlight looks bad, too. Almost all holders are broken. I thing they are memories of accidents before.

Also I will split the fazer and rebuild it! The frame will be powder coating in black and all other parts like handlebars and lower triple tree as well. The wheels also rims in gold/bronze (my bike is white) New S2 swinger arm which I buy from Italy it's now in transport.:rockon:

I'am looking for S2 forks and brakes as well.

I think it's not a hart job to rebuild and fix the motorcycle or I'am wrong?

In soon I will share my works and update the topic as well.

My first part for my Project:thumbup:

Today comes the completly front fairing and handlebar. I will show pictures tomorrow.

I have no idea which color I choise for my Fazer. Colors like purple tints are my favorite.

What are your ideas?

Wow nice job. You should be proud of yourself. My wife would kill me if I parked my motorcycle in the house to work on it.
