We're gonna need photos. Too many possibilities of what's wrong.

Fault Codes:
13 - Intake Pressure Sensor
15 - TBS
19 - Sidestand
21 - Coolant Temp

The #19 will keep the bike from starting if it "thinks" it's in gear. If you get a #19, the default/fail-safe is "No Start"

Good luck in getting this resolved.... It looks like you opened up an identical thread on 9/8 with the title of 'No Spark'. Make sure you stick to 1 thread, or else you will have questions and answers spread out to a point where nothing make sense. Solving issues like this is almost always a meticulous process. Jumping around will make troubleshooting difficult or impossible.

In your original post you indicated you had fuel pump prime etc, no codes.

Since you have no neutral light, it would be a good idea to start by checking continuity of the neutral safety switch. If the switch shows continuity there is high probability a diode/s in the starter interrupt cut off relay assembly is damaged. The codes you see may be past generated from mistreatment and may have nothing to do with why it won't start now.

Okay let's go back to your first post about this. When you turned the key on you said the fuel pump primed, or does it not prime?
The bike is in neutral and you get continuity to ground through the neutral safety switch? Do you see the neutral safety light lit when in neutral?

You probably need a new Starter interrupt-cut off relay asseembly. You can do some tests to determine if it is bad. Don't assume it is the ECU until you've done some tests. The ECU does not control the neutral safety circuit which is part of the safety protocol the interrupt-cut off relay asseembly that the ECU looks at to make it's logic to let the bike run.

How can I test if it's bad

From the answers you've given, the neutral safety switch has continuity and you have no neutral safety light which would indicate a blown diode in the Starter interrupt-cut off relay assembly. If you've done the tests go to the green wire on the Starter interrupt-cut off relay assembly, turn the key on and test that wire for 12 vdc. If the 12vdc is present and you have neutral safety switch continuity, the Starter interrupt-cut off relay assembly has a blown diode/s

Ground the green wire from the Starter interrupt-cut off relay assembly, turn on the key. Does the neutral safety light turn on?
