I'm installing the Bd43 headlight mod and while trying to put the rubber piece located beneath the battery back together which I failed to do, this little guy popped up and I can't figure out where to put him back to! I'll try again tomorrow but if anyone has some advice I'd appreciate it!

Hmmm. I can't say that I have ever seen that before. I will take a peek when I get home.

Sooooooooo I put that part back and put the bike back together. My only problem is the throttle is engaged in neutral at 4K rpm's. I looked online and someone said it may be a leak in the air box or one of the hoses. I check all hoses and they're fine. I'm gonna try taking it all apart and back together. Keep you posted

You simply did the BD43 mod?

And the throttle is completely shutting (cable isn't binding)?

Actually I re and dis assembled it twice to try to fix the problem, the second time I made sure the throttle cable wasn't being pinched and that fixed the high rpm problem, I was a little freaked out at first. So as of right now, all is well!!
