Question Speed cluster compatibility

Hello,
I have a 2006 FZ6 with ABS and I plan to buy one second hand speed cluster from a 2004 FZ6. I am wondering if someone made this or similar change? Are the year models compatible?
Attached picture with the cluster from my FZ6, the one from 2004 looks exactly the same. ( at least from exterior ).

Yes they should be compatible. You could also use the S2 Instrument cluster from the FZ6 or the FZ1. If you use the S2 version you will use a jumper wire for the back light. If you use the S2 FZ1 unit it has a lower RPM red line but who's shifting at 15,000 feet.
