I've done the r6 header swap and have a side exhaust now. I'm looking for inspiration on how to tidy up the void left front the undertail exhausts.

Parts, pictures or general help

Cheers

This is rather abstract and not everyone could pull it off but you could take a big foam block (even glue several together) and then carve out the shape you like accounting for a means to secure it. With saw or knife and sand paper you can design away. From here it becomes a skeleton for a mold. If this is something you're up for I made some custom parts for my stand up jetski from fiberglass and although time consuming, it makes a custom part only you have.

Thanks for the reply, I've decided to go down the fiberglass and mold route. Just waiting for materials to be delivered. I have 2 tails (1 to keep standard incase I mess up haha). I'm going to be making it a single unit.

I had toyed with doing something similar to the attached photo with aluminium, but it doesn't have the lines I want.

Cheers and I'll keep you updated on the progress
