SOLD

I am cleaning out the shed and found another box with some spare parts for the OEM Yamaha FZ16 headlight which is known as the VS02 kit on this forum.

Here is a list of what is included:

  1. Headlight Frame - The frame is new and unmodified. Will need to be modified for your application if it not being installed on FZ16.
  2. Silver Headlight Side Cowls - there is tape goo on it and light scratches (see pics). You may or may not be able to clean the tape goo off.
  3. Headlight. Note that one upper tab on the headlight is broken and missing. (see pics - right tab broken)
  4. Headlight Top Cowl - It is covered in carbon fiber vinyl. Underneath it is painted black from factory. All three connecting tabs broke off, but were put back together with ABS cement. These may or may not hold up. Also, there is tape goo on the vinyl (see pics).

Notes:
-You may need to make modifications to one or both of the bottom holes of the headlight frame mounting bolts to make it fit your Yamaha FZ6 (where the horn is attached).
-You will need to figure out how to mount your speedometer. For my 2005 Yamaha FZ6 install, I made a speedo bracket out of a plastic cutting board. Basically cut the board down in size to fit the headlight bracket. Then drilled holes for mounting it to the headlight frame. Next drilled two holes for mounting the speedo to the board.

Btw, just realized by S1 bracket you probably mean the speedo mount. The speedo mount is not included and needs to be custom made.

I had used a plastic cutting board, which I cut down to size and then drilled holes in the appropriate places to mount it onto the headlight frame at the attachment points with bolts. Next I bolted the speedo to the cutting board by drilling two holes in appropriate places. Worked perfectly.

Only what is pictured is included nothing else. No bolts/hardware. You need to source these yourself.
