Welcome To Las Vegas.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think these are the F18 Hornets belonging to the Canadian Air Force.

Yep, they are CF18 Hornets, we have only about 100 of them in the Canadian forces... we don't even get the Super Hornet. Since we don't have an Aircraft carrier, I guess there is no point in buying any more...:spank:

Yeah, those are ours. Nice to know where my tax dollars are...,
IN VEGAS !!!

:eyebrow:

Nice pics Kenny. How'd you get that gig?

Sweet. How'd you get so close, you work there?

Anything with wings and a massive engine/turbine is almost as good as a bike ;)

Thanks for sharing mate.

Yes, I work for a helicopter company at the Las Vegas Airport. We are located on the general aviation side of the airport, so often times, they will park military jets, private jets, etc down the ramp from where I work.

The area is secured, so it's not an area that is open to the general public.

Just saw the Miramar air show a few weeks ago. Awsome awesome machines and pilots. I saw stunts I've never see before. And yeah the Canadians represented there for sure.

For those aviators in the military, I can't believe they pay you to fly those things. Great gig.

Also a great gig.....motorcycle cop, can't believe they get paid to ride too. If I was only 20 years younger.
