I've no doubts it would. The only change between the harness on the two years is the O2 sensor - which isn't required anyways, and in the case of an S2 would override any tuning you did (so - it would need to be disconnected).

Would absolutely work on an O2. If you're interested, shoot me an address. Rcruz hasn't gotten back to me for a while.
