I'm not saying this is wrong it has a lot of valid points but if you think in terms like this you will think in circles, the gentleman has very valid points but the microns at which it effect are so small, is it worth it to worry?

I maintain the theory of engineering. if engineers (especially german, swedish or japanese ones) determine something to use a specified part or a part to be used in a specified way, it was deemed so on purpose. So when my Volvo manual says to use Mobil1 10W-30, then im putting Mobil1 10W-30 in the car like it says. :rtfm:

my truck on the other hand burns oil so im not dumping the good stuff in there:Flip:
