Well it's not exactly a selfie, as my daughter took a pic of me before heading out for a 2 hr ride in the local heathlands/dunes with my horse riding group:

It was amazing weather but I guess i'll have to make do with 1 HP

It was an elective surgery. I had the vertical gastric sleeve done. On the road to a more healthy me. [emoji6]
