I don't know much about the 2003 Fazer 600 (this site is for the 2004-2009 FZ6) but I did look and it seems to be available from Yamaha.

If your looking for where the plug goes, for my 07 FZ6, it's attached to the main harness under the battery tray.
I'd suspect yours is probably in the same area.

I meant I don't know what year schematic I have. I found a crappy jpg of a FZ600 wiring diagram. The ignition switch shows 4 wires. Maybe OP has a bike with immobilizer and has more than 4 wires.

@fazer6002003 Does your bike have an immobilizer? If so you'll likely need to source it from a non US source.
