I use a polarized pair on the bike, I don't get rainbows but it does change the colors of some cars. If I have my glasses on though I usually have my face shield up. If you have a digital display on your bike at certain angles I can't see mine.
I almost got ran over today, at the gas station, not even on my bike, but I was wearing all my gear.
I was on my way out of town and needed to get gas. There is one station between my house and the interstate but it is kind of small only 5 pumps. I pulled in behind two cars and waited...
Before my FZ I had a 75 rd350. Fun bike, easy to work on. Before you go crazy on the outside of the tank check inside. They rust bad and when you take care of the rust on the inside you might find you have holes in it.
You got lucky, I had the same thing happen cops came lady even said it was her fault, cop said he couldn't write an accident report since our vehicles never made contact, only way I could go after her was to take my chance in court.
Don't know for sure never tried it, I was told by someone that did it on the car door several times to take boiling water and poor it on the dent and it will pop right out. I have no idea what it will do to the paint but they said it worked great.
He is asking three so you could probably talk him down some. Make sure he has had the valves adjusted I think it is 20,000 miles, check the steering head bearings seems like the main thing you see people post about on here the need fixed.
I don't see why they should have to replace the car. While I agree customer service that sucks is a pain but I do think they are trying to help you and are doing what they agreed to do, they fixed your car. Once it reaches the level of a lemon it is time to have it replaced but mechanical things...
Had the same thing happen only I was doing 60 on a country road had two choppers go flying by on the right hand side of me since traffic was coming towards us, I have had cars do it too that pisses me off, I would put I nice dent in their door if I knew I wouldn't fall over.
Before you spend extra money on fuel you might want to read what higher octane gas does for you, long story short the only power you will gain is due to less weight being in your wallet.
turn around backwards put your lower back/butt against the seat and grab the bottom handle bar and grab handle lift/push the bike up. I think it is on youtube somewhere someone posted it on here, worked great when my wife backed into my bike.
