Check for corrosion in the spark plug boots also! My first FZ6 gave me some misfire issues I traced it down to 2 cylinders and pulled the boots cleaned the terminal and put some electrical grease in there and never had a issue!
If you tested the coil and its bad I have 2 good ones in perfect...
Its a bad connection in the connector itself if I wiggle the harness the neutral light will come on! I am just being lazy after all the work I did to it just want to ride it and not mess with it!
I also put a new pilot road 3 out back a few weeks ago scrubbed it in I always forget the...
Been running like a champ wrecked my other bike so I have been riding it around while waiting on parts for my ZX6R!
Only issues is the sidestand switch still needs to be fixed it thinks its in gear all the time, and a flat spot just around 7-8k rpms it can be VERY laggy but below that and...
Well money and I like to tinker are the main reasons I work on my own bikes!

Pump takes about 20mins to remove from the tank after you have the...

The quality of the chain breaker is ok I have a RK one thats 10 times better!
The trick is the grind the rivets down to lessin the load on the chain breaker its identical to the Motion Pro one and the pins that you push the the chain you can order to replace them if they break!
If you are really worried about kids knocking it over I think the center stand and a ziptie on the front brake lever to act like a parking brake or in gear on the side stand with a locked colunm!
If the bike is on level ground in gear and locked colunm I would have a hard time believing any...
On the newer say 05 and up cars I have noticed more even brake wear but they were also ABS equiped!
But anything older you go through 3 sets of brake pads before even touching the back brakes and thats just to check them most likely wont have to replace them unless they rode with the parking...
Not with the proportioning valves they put in the cars in those years I have come across so many cars that the back brakes were completely trashed gone non exsistent and the owner had no clue! Even after I replaced them they still could not tell a difference! I think they have them split like...
One thing to note is the R6 clutch is the same so if you need an upgraded clutch you can find one for a 03-05 r6 or a later model R6S and it should work!
