I have a problem with my gears. When changing gears i know there is a clicking sound...but mine clicks real loud and it's hard to get into neutral. Is there a way to adjust this or do i have a problem with my gears?

I didn't measure my old plates..i installed new steel plates. There was no warping or discoloration on the the old steel plates. (replaced anyways) I just ordered New (ball screw housing asy) and push lever asy. Full of build up and rusting.

I have a 1995 FZR600. I recently put a new clutch in my bike cause the other clutch was slipping. I replace the friction plates, steel plates, and springs. Also i put a new clutch cable on. Ok..i followed the instruction from the service manual. Meaning torque specs and putting the friction...
