If you can afford and if the dimensions are same, bigger battery would be a better option. But you should keep it fully charged because if bigger battery needs charge, your bike's electrical system (essipecialy regulator / rectefier) will get too much stressed. Also, my friend used to use that...

no, it will not fit because width of battery way bigger than fz6's battery carrier. fz6's original battery fits very tightly because of the air box size under the gas tank.
