Oh man. I've been really missing my fairings, and was looking around for a set. This is a screaming deal. What are the odds of fitting a gen 1 fairing on a gen 2 (my bike's an '09)? I know the instrument cluster is different, but it looks like the fairing stay is pretty much the same.
Lol, it work for cyclegear. No doubt it's an upgrade from the original system. It's nice that we can just swap out the unit when we warranty rather than replace they helmet.

There are LED conversion kits out there now. They are direct plug and play without a need to wire into the battery. The LED kits I've seen are bright and have a wider area of coverage, but the HIDs have a farther projection distance.
I've got a Corbin seat for second gens for sale. I changed my handlebars and the seat isn't conducive to my new riding position in the saddle.

Just put some weight on the pillion seat until the rear wheel drops, then take off the front wheel. Lower the forks onto a milk crate or something. Take off the rear wheel. Job's done.
I had the 'clicking' sound too when I swapped out the chain & sprockets. Turns out that when we reinstalled the brake caliper, one of the bolts wasn't installed properly and misaligned the caliper :spank:
