About 8 months ago I purchased an 06 with 460 miles on it. Went to two different motorcycle tires shops to have them replaced immediately. Both places inspected the tires and said they ok and to wear them out. So I put 5k on them and had them replaced with rp4's. Never felt good about riding on...

I fill up on center stand. So it doesn't matter. The reason is I want to make sure I fill up to the same spot inside the tank for checking mpg.

Don't know if it's illegal or not. At the time of night I'm driving most California highway patrolman are looking for drunk drivers. This is what they focus on in Los Angeles County. They just had an officer killed walking back to his car yesterday by an alleged drunk driver at 1:15 a.m.

Don't think I want to risk my motorcycle are my body for that matter for that amount of fun.

Maybe next time I am under the tank and have time to tinker with it.

I found this product on Amazon when looking for a lighted vest. I do a lot of night riding on the freeway and I want people to see me. The name of the Company is Noxgear. There a some u tube videos about it if you want to check it out. It wasn't made for motorcycles but it fits over my gear...

On 3-18 of the manual it says if the screw is removed turn in 3/4 and than re-sync the T.B. If I did that I would be worried it will vibrate out. I think I will just leave it alone.

It's out about 1 1/2 turns. I am just worried about running to lean and frying the motor. I wish I would have never touched the #1 T.B screw. Bike runs good, idles good, and I get good gas mileage now. Maybe someday I will invest in a vacuum so I can get it to spec.

Getting high fourtys after the T.B sync. But I messed with the #1 T.B. Screw. Don't know exactly where it should be set. So just wondering if it's running lean or rich.
