Thanks you so much for the information.. I agree this would happen if your headlight/lamp is not designed for it to handle both filaments ON. But MY KIT IS DESIGNED BY YAMAHA ASIA FOR ASIAN MARKET FZ16. These bikes (STOCK) from YAMAHA have HIGH and LOW beam ON when you flip the HIGH BEAM...

Nubs is selling my kit on their website...Nubz has a good website and they help me market the kit for a fee.... The order eventually comes to me and I ship it to the customer.

Thanks Motogiro for the inputs...If I am not mistaken even on the Stock Headlight when you turn the HIGH beam both HIGH Beam and LOW Beam's are ON. I am running this headlight for around year and half and I never had problem with the Bulb being burned out. You can use the Stock Wiring...
