Page 5-67 in the shop manual explains the bearing numbers/sizes, etc. I don't see oversized rings/pistons available(not made), and can't find anything re honing the cylinder if needed... Someone (Gary) can chime in on that... .

I wouldn't re-use those bearings, they all show signs of crap run thru em (scoring/lines, etc).. Flushing ALL the sparkles out is a must. The new crank, if any markings, you may want to get polished. As it looks like the head is coming off, you can use the plastigage with the new crank...

Yep, sounds like you got em darn near perfect! Also, sometimes, if the others won't match up with #1, you can adjust #1 out to 1 full turn, vs the standard 3/4(usually) turn out.. This allows the others to adjust. Just an FYI for others should they encounter this issue.. .

And to add to Garys post, you can replace both the upper and lower connecting rod bearings with the crank installed. Takes some finagling but do-able. I don't see any reason to mess with the CCT. Just always turn the crank clockwise as you access each rod. A peek at the mains for damage...

Waste spark means each /ONE plug fires EVERYTIME the piston comes to TDC... So, with one bad spark plug cap, that would induce issues on ONLY THAT cylinder. .

Might want to crack loose all engine mounts and re-torque. So the engine theoretically is in a relaxed state with the frame. also loosen and re-tighten all exhaust mounting bolts. You want to make sure the exhaust system is "relaxed" (not forced if you would). .

No chain / shock / rear wheel cover (that attaches to the swingarm)? I'd be concerned about road debris getting at the shock as well as the chain (at least).... .
