Interesting... I re-used mine / never bought new Rear nuts (and don't remember if there was remnants of loctite on there). I've never had to remove the studs.. The front sprocket, even with the little notch to push in (S2) , gets loctited on as well. .

The Yamaha manual, (S2, page 4-14) does not mention any Loctite however I agree, it certainly can't hurt. .

Spark looks strong but VERY inconsistent, especially video #2.... Sparks, then stops, sometimes 4 sparks, then just one.... :( .

The one I posted should fit with the FZ engine, a bit tight in there, but it should work.. As I re-call, it was fairly inexpensive (bought it a long time ago and still works as new. It doesn't have a spring clip end and attaches as a spark plug wire would- Very positive engagement. . .

You must remember the FZ is a wide inline 4 cylinder, NOT V twin, or twin , which is much narrower an engine. You have a performance bike so your going to have some trade off's, IE higher RPMs, wider engine, more heat from the engine area... As for the frame, not being a thinner steel tube...
