Can anyone give me information on another brand of luggage hard-bags w/ attachment racks ? While I'm searching for them,I may need to widen my search beyond GIVI. Do you have any search parameters I might use;possibly a search engine or similar ?

I was 'set' on the YSS,but later did some considering.. and decided to instead go with the Hyperpro Type 460 emulsion rear shock(with their progressive spring)and Hyperpro front fork springs from Bryan at EPM in NJ. Just ordered them yesterday. I really look forward to removing that horrible OEM...

I would also consider completely cleaning-out the front master cylinder. There is a small bleed hole inside the reservoir,to the left that clogs easily.

Graham,I never owned a GIVI luggage system,and it looks like the side-bags bolt right to the racks from the backside of the hardbags? Will you take a closer picture of the black band(PLX351)which goes around the exhaust? I can't quite see it. thanks,Bill

I'm still considering installing a pair of R6 front forks.. rather than upgraded(linear)fork springs on my original. I have understood from the past,that Race Tech's gold valves,are cartridge fork 'emulators'. The stock FZ6 forks are already cartridge forks,yes?
