    Storm Impacts?

Edison township/Central NJ Lost power and still without, just found out that we'll probably be without electricity for 5days. Good news is that we still have hot/cold running water and our gas stoves are still working. I'm hoping for my gas generator to arrive in 2days (20000watts peak) only...

To all our American friends, look after yourselves

Still without power but thankfully we still have running water. My tree survived and so did my kids without TV or Internet. Going to work later, as a nurse we're essential personnel and must report to work.

To all our American friends, look after yourselves

Got everything tied down here. I'm more worried about my tree outside, last hurricane several houses suffered damages from downed trees. Despite all this I saw an IDIOT on the local news rode in by the shore on his cruiser and a salad bowl for a helmet. He seemed amused at himself for braving...

Had a boo boo on the Blue Ridge Parkway

Damn Bro, another one. Sorry to hear about your accident and that pix 10 minutes before is really eerie. Sucks to get the fracture but at least it wasn't anything else worse. Feel better and heal quick.

Right now I'm good for the Oct 14th, Sunday 'coz I'm also off call at work. The missus also gave me the blessing as long as there's no shenanigan activity and she'd like to see me home by the end of the day.:D

TWISTY! ride to end the season! Bear mTn, NY ride 10/13 or 10/14!

I'm in as long as I'm not oncall but I'll see if someone can cover my call. As for the last ride of the season, no such thing for some of us. I got myself a nice fall/winter riding jacket and I'm in the market for battery heated gloves.

    Growing old sometimes SUCKS

Ughh, a TURP. Haven't seen that abbreviation since school. But for some a much needed procedure. Glad to hear that you managed to relatively endure/survive your trip. Definitely go see your PCP or at least a specialist, especially after a little hematuria (blood in urine). Like what Erci...

    MSF Lessons Learned

Piscataway, NJ I can't remember which 250cc I learned from but there were several brands. Best advice I took from it is the "head check" and T-CLOCS before each ride. Our instructor is a local sheriff, he sure made everyone pay attention. ares

What is the most reliable car/SUV?

I inherited a 1993 Acura Integra GSL with 260,000+ miles on it, the usual maintenance (tires, brakes, timing belt, oil, etc). No major work on it so far. She purrs like she was new. I have no plans of making her race worthy, keeping her stock with maybe a few cosmetic make overs.... HID's like...
