I did .90 springs and put 5w oil in. I really like it. I don't drive on the smoothest roads either. I'm also the same weight as you.

I bumped mine up last year. I raised both COs from 0 to 23 I think. It helped with the loping idle I had and also reduced the deceleration pops.

Depending on the price of new hardware (i have no idea how much they cost) it might be worth it to just do a fork upgrade.

When you get your bolts, use this: Blue Threadlocker I've used this on almost every bolt I don't torque down.

The 2007+ instrument cluster displays the temp in degrees instead of bars.

Mine only kicks in when the coolant temp reaches 212 degrees F.

I want to say you are running rich, really really rich. It seems a bit excessive that you have to clean them every 100 miles. How's your air filter? Do you have a fuel management box thingy like a power commander?
