Sounds like the cam chain tensioner to me. Pull that side cover and have a look, when the tensioner isn't working right the chain can start to eat its way through the guide. Also pull the tensioner itself and check that it smoothly extends and retracts. If your taking things apart its good...

Well in your picture the rear caliper seems to be missing! That's why you're not getting the breaking power!! Realistically though, the caliper has one piston that slides on a pin, take the pin out and scrub down with steel wool or something then grease it with something that will stay put...

I would say that's built like that, the swing arm needs to have a straight section for the axle and wheel to install flush, the swing arm is skinnier where it connects to the frame so it needs to flare out a bit before bending like that to give a straight mounting surface

the bike has a 4.6 US Gal tank (18 L) when I was riding it was at an average of 5.0 L/100 km... And I wasn't being very gentle on the throttle, so I'd say you can expect about 300 km before the reserve kicks in, this is right on par with what I get out of the FZ6

Are you just doing your own concrete out of a bag? looks to me like a bit of a tight area, could be worth going with a high MPa grout, it'll be as tough as concrete, look good when the forms are off, and will flow into that relatively tight space nicer. I guess it depends on the aggregate...

The best (cheapest) way to help reduce the throttle chop is to tighten up the free play in the throttle cable, after that I find it goes away with practice... Definitely not the best feeling at times though
