Loud. That's all you need to know. You can buy silencer tips(which restrict flow therefore restrict sound) or do like some people on the forum did and make your own out of sheets of steel. I bought the simple silencers from TBR and they quiet it a little bit, mostly at lower RPM's.

The s2 forks and calipers won't need shimming. The wheels and rotors are the same for all years(99% sure). R6(S) brakes might work, if the mounts are the same height and width apart. The brake lines would work, but I highly recommend getting a pair of stainless steel brake lines. Hope this...

I believe backflow is important, on some engines more than others. Why? After I installed a straight mid pipe(cat delete) on my bike, the idle is incredibly lumpy. Put your hand over one of the pipes or put the cat back in, and it goes away.

I forget how the BD43 mod works but if it uses the green wire to add the low beam, then when you switch on high beam the low beam filament shuts off. That's what mine does atleast.

Ive got brand new two piece (one each side) clamps for 04-06. I bought them new through ronayers but never used them because I have an 07 style clamp on my bike.
