Welcome to the Club!!! Most of us on here have dropped a bike one time or another. It is painful hurting our own pride!:o When it comes time to sell your bike, though...remember to blame the drop on the PO....he's got to be the clumsiest person on craigslist!!:D

There are soooo many excellent choices out there but I have yet to ride a bike that meets all my motorcycling desires. The last bike I rode that I really liked was a zx14 all set up for touring. But then I rode a Triumph 800 XC and I really liked it....see what I mean!

i have a tall windscreen and an Arai RXQ helmet. The tall windscreens only take the wind off your body and lower shoulders. Unless you are very short your RXQ airflow will not be affected at all. i also owned an EX500 prior to my FZ6 purchase. Yes, the clutch is stiff...much more so than the Ninja and lubing the cable won't give you the same easy pull. I also had the Corbin seat and found it as hard as a rock!. Although no seat will give you all day comfort where your a** will feel daisy...
