My experience on an FZ1 have been really good. The power band just goes on forever. It's more about the rider than the bike. That said, it isn't a beginners bike. If you consider yourself a beginner or a newer rider, I wouldn't do it. The FZ6 is fast as heck. My friend with the FZ1 says...
