Looks like cam tensioner. If it's not, look for clutch plates for if any of them is broken. If there is broken friction plate, you're engine is toasted.

it's spray and my bike is quite clean when I use correct amount of oil at correct time. (I'm spraying the oil when my chain is warm and applying only inside of chain where touches to sprockets. And turning rear wheel with my hand for making centrifugal force to oil and getting it inside of pins).

Don't buy it, they're cheapest chinese grips. I'm recommending progrip 717, it's lifespan is shorter but got reaaly grip and blocking much vibrations from steering bar.
