I was believing because CA already has ridiculous, unnecessary legislation. Take Prop 65, for example. The damn warning labels are EVERYWHERE! I barely pay attention to them anymore. Just about everywhere, we're warned about this nonsense.

If it's for upcoming Summer 2014 SoCal Hoon ride and you're riding down from OR, I'm located on I-5 for an possible rendez-vous (Sacramento),together 2-3 hours more on I-5 before getting off slab for most of the way for the meet up in SoCal.

The post treatment requirement sounds like what was supposed to do after colonoscopy pick-up: no drive, no drinking, easy eating, 24 hour monitoring rest, etc. What did I really do? Drove to casino, got sauced, gambled, buffet dinner, PARTY!

Of course, before anything, I advise one to get head together. I find cans to be convenient.
