I do not doubt that there are bikes way hotter than the fz6. I was just pointing out a flaw it has, after finding out what was turning my leg into brisket.

Lucky him, on the weather part. I can't change summer, sadly. If I could, I would drop it a few degrees, just nuff to not melt in normal gear. But I can't. What I can do is not wear the gear. Maybe I'll move to Japan. :)

True. But as I stated on the right the heat hits the clutch cover and is diverted away, as much as it is, while on the left it hits directly into the leg. Free to judge, if I cared about being judged I would wear gear :)

I know. But the heat is sent more to the left where it goes exactly on the leg. While to the right it hits the clutch cover and is sent away from the leg. Not really twice the hp, my current cruiser has 90hp, the fz has 98.

All of them were/are liquid cooled. But none have aluminium frames(huge frikin heatsinks) and none blew the hot air on my legs. I'm thinking that whoever created this bike never sat on it and clearly never rode it.

Left the bike on for 20 mins of so, to get the fan going. It seems the fan heat hits the left leg way more than the right. Somehow the hot air is pushed under the frame and hits about where the left calf is. You get the fan heat and the frame also gets hotter. On the right, it hits the engine...

I have my whole life but I only liked/had cruisers. This would be my first non-cruiser bike. And on cruisers I always had more than one place to keep my feet so I never cared how hot the bike got.

You are not wrong but I can't solve my heat issue by becoming more hot :) It's 37-39⁰ outside, that's fever temp.

I'm not a fan of protection gear and in summer I usually ride in jorts and a tshirt but this frikin bike insists on messing with me. My calves look like they were sunburned, left one especially. And no, it's not the sun as they are red on side close to the bike. I can feel the frikin heat...

The bike had it's weight on the rear. I don't have a center stand, I had to jack it by the swingarm, in a very... hobo/back of the barn way as I don't own a paddock stand since I never needed one for my other bikes. Yeah, the chain would jump but not in the exact same spot. I spray marked it...

Got pissed nuff to jack the bike, put it in 6th and let it spin the wheel. Then I noticed that the chain jumps as it gets close to the front sprocket. It has a rhythm to it. Fkin chain seemed perfect when inspected by hand, link by f link...

The whole ass is to the left. Stop light, rear pegs, everything. So I'll need the whole subframe. And I am not going to bother with straightening it. Unsure what the costs would be for shipping, I live in Romania.

Thank you. It's not the plastic, it's the subframe for sure. I'll replace it once the riding season is over. But does make me wonder how hard the bike fell if the subframe got twistes a few good cm.

Should the tip of that plate holder not be aligned with the center of the wheel?

Never owned anyting but power cruisers and chopped crusiers so I can't argue. I rode, on ocasion, sport/naked/etc but never owned so I never cared how stiff they felt. I'll look for someone with a stock fz6 and ask them to allow me to compare theirs with mine. Standing still, fronk brakes...

Comfort wise the GT6 and FZ6 combo is a fail. Miserable fail. But... the feedback those tyres give while cornering, the way every imput is a perfectly executed by the bike with those tyres, the way they grip, the way the bike handles once the bunny hop goes away at higher speed ... man... I'm...

I don't have lead strips for balancing, I use beads. Checked the front, back and everything in between. That's why I asked for help, I can't think of anything else to check and was thinking that someone might know where to look next, when there is nowhere to look.

Well, it's from the front. I also asked a friend to stay in front of me, with his car, so that I can watch my headlight reflected in his car. I could see the light go up and down, lowkey. I am starting to think it's because of the tyres. The GT's are for heavy bikes, like heavy and loaded...
