    Oil filter equivalent

    The W67 is marginally smaller than the MW64 but has the same thread size. My guess is that it would work OK. Just make sure the sealing ring seats properly and you have no leaks when you start the engine.

    Some Ingenuity Needed

    Extractor sockets are the go for removing rounded bolts. I bought a set years back for about $20, use them heaps to remove worn bolts in harvesters. Use some heat to soften the loctite. Most good tool shops will have them.

    Cracks on front tire

    They look more like cuts than cracks to me because they don't continue through the grooves. From the perish lines in the bottom of centre groove that tyre is either old or has been run near flat. A rear blow out is scary but a front blow out at highway speed can easily be fatal as you are...

    Dashboard has no reading

    Multiple electrical outages in the one location usually means a broken or disconnected earth wire.
