Sorry guys all sorted now,panicked before I started to think. Took my tester out, 12v Between the light and 8V on a brake light when pressing leaver so it had to be an oxidation, cleaned the connections and all good now.

Hi there everyone, another small problem on my 2005fz6 . Noticed this morning that my break light doesn't work, lights works but nothing happening when applying front or rear breaks. Allready tried 2 new bulbs with all the same problem. Where should I be looking for a problem? Wiring seems all...

Just picked up the bike. All they did was changing the TPS. I can say that I bought the bike about 1500 miles ago and it was never that smooth. I couldn't believe that it is the same bike I'm riding! I think I'm in love with it once again :) One more time thanks everybody for quick responses...

Yep this forum is really great help. If you talking about the front sprocket washer which goes under the bolt that bended one ? I have mine changed with new set of sprockets and chain unless its another one.

Probably you were right at the beginning!I ended up dropping the bike to the yamaha dealers. Once I said the problems the mechanic straight away said it is probably faulty TPS. Even if in diagnose mode it shows that everything's fine it may be faulty.They checked the bike in database it hasn't...

If I'm correct on diagnostic mode going to 61 it's says the error codes : it changes : 12 - 39 - 46 can that be a problem?

Right, the newest update: was driving fine for like 30min then again the same problem under 4k revs it's just starts twitching etc. something new was that I came to the stop,rolled off the throttle, see my rpms going to 600-700 and then bike died,tried to start it and it immediately dies,also...

As spark plug housings were normal I was suggested that it may be some water or other crap in the fuel system. As it started to happen when the tank was low(happened the same day i was cleaning it) .So bought some fuel injector cleaner will see how it goes.

Does the number look smthg like 1b35-060 this?

So just checked that, all of them where hot, none cold or worm. Can that be a problem with second throttle cable which doesn't have adjustment where the handlebar is?

At first Thanks everybody for a quick replies. I was washing the bike with water and sponge,it would be really strange if some water got in as I wasn't using a lot of it. But because problem developed after washing it may be the case. If that's the case can I dry it with blow dry or a heat gun...

So I will start from when it did happen. I was cleaning the bike on Saturday, cleaned it, clean and lubed the chain and adjusted it to specs. And I have changed the throttle grip with it's plastic tube because the old one was messed up by previous owner when he was installing the heated grips...
