    You could be onto something, I have a low mileage 2004 FZ6 and it's silky smooth, clutch a little heavy compared to modern bikes but a superb bike in so many ways.

    If I am right, I think that when you close the throttle, the fuel is not delivered to the common fuel rail and that a vacuum line opens the fuel pressure regulator to return unwanted fuel to the tank, if there is a leak at any point in your vacuum lines it can cause lag and snatch, lag because...

    A mate had a Honda CBR1000 and had a Power Commander fitted, it ruined the bike, after the fit it was snatchy and thirsty and just awful to ride. Ditch the power commander.
